Coconut oil, in particular!

I've been a HUGE fan of using this super versatile oil in my daily routine. When I can, I substitute everything with coconut oil. When I say everything, I literally mean EVERYTHING.

I occasionally use it as a face moisturizer when my skin is dry, my hair for conditioning and growth, and nail/cuticle oil. I use it daily as a make up remover, even with acne, it really helps clean all the gunk off & keep my skin really healthy. I've noticed a great chance in my acne using coconut oil in my daily routine.

That's not all! I use it in my cooking when possible. Especially baking, for a nice little hint of coconut. I've heard great things about using coconut oil in coffee instead of creamer too. A bit of cocoa powder in there and YUM! It's even great for my pups. They get dry skin or dry noses and I just dab some on. The best part is that it's safe for them to eat, the bad part, they like it too much so they tend to lick it off!

Skin care – The MCT in coconut oil act as a natural skin conditioner deeply penetrating and moisturizing, they protect against environmental and free radical damage. It also helps with anti-aging, excema and even provides some sun protection.

Digestion – MCT molecules in coconut oil are small so they are easily digested with less strain on the panvreas and digestive system. People suffering from diabetes, obesity, gallbladder disease, or crohn’s disease may benefits greatly from coconut oil.

Hair Care – Coconut oil is one of the best ways to provide nutrients to your hair. The fatty acids condition deeply fro the inside of the strands out. Providing protein, eliminating dandruff and aiding in regrowth. Many people use it as a conditioner!

Immunity – The unique saturated facts of coconut oil contain antibacterial, anti-viral, anti-fungal, and anti parasitic properties that help strengthen the immune system. Consuming coconut oil regularly will reduce incidence of sickness!

Brain Function - Studies show that it improves cognitive function, stalls/even reverses neurodegenerative diseases in their early stages.
